Teen Survey & Parent Survey
A phone survey of teens (ages 14 to 17 years) and one parent of each teen to measure use of indoor tanning, characteristics of the participants, and attitudes about tanning. Parent and Teen surveys are in separate word documents.

Tanning Legislation Stringency Tool
Analysis of existing state laws related to indoor tanning, including whether the law limited access by youth.

Enforcement Survey
A phone interview of knowledgeable persons in each state with an indoor tanning law to evaluate the level of enforcement of the law.

Compliance Survey
An evaluation of what tanning salon employees say on the telephone to prospective teen customers. This also served as a “report card” for how well the laws were working in states with laws.
